Welcome to Regional School Unit 25 serving the communities of Bucksport, Orland, Prospect and Verona Island.  RSU 25 serves more than 1100 students from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade and offers a full range of adult education programming.  Our mission is to provide a rigorous and inspiring education in partnership with our communities.

  • RSU 25 District Budget Meeting

    The RSU 25 District Budget Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in the Performing Arts Center at Bucksport Middle School at 7 PM.    The following informational documents are listed below under the "RSU Documents" section:   Board Adopted Budget 2013-2014   Impact on Local Communities

  • High School BB/SB game schedule change

    BHS Varsity Baseball/Softball Game time change for May 23rd vs. Dexter: The game will start at 4 instead of 4:30. Call Ed Hatch at 469-6650 with any questions.

  • Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) training

    RSU 25 is offering School-Based Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) training. Dates: June 12, 13 and 14 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. Location: Central Office conference room  Note: For those who have not done Mod 1, we will meet on June 4th from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. to complete it.   • School Records

    Notice     Regional School Unit 25 (Bucksport, Orland, Prospect, Verona Island) plans to destroy special education records of former students who exited the schools prior to Fall 2005. Parents/Guardians and/or former students may obtain their records prior to November 1, 2013. Proper identification will be required.   • Kindergarten Pre-Registration now open

    KINDERGARTEN PRE-REGISTRATION We are currently pre-registering students for the 2013-2014 school year. If you have a child that will be 5 years old on or before October 15, 2013, please call the Jewett School office at 469-6644.
